Job Description:
This role requires an experienced Classroom Instructor to support the design, development, and delivery of technical training programs within a dynamic, agile environment leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The ideal candidate brings a strong background in adult learning, with demonstrated experience delivering hands-on, technology-based instruction and developing platform training solutions.
The Classroom Instructor collaborates with a multidisciplinary training team to create and deliver certifiable, competency-based training for adult learners. This includes designing and facilitating classroom and blended learning experiences that prepare users to effectively operate complex software systems. The role involves partnering with subject matter experts to translate technical requirements into engaging instructional content, as well as working with technical writers and web teams to develop and maintain training materials.
In addition to instruction, the Classroom Instructor is responsible for ensuring a fully operational training environment, including maintaining classroom workstations and troubleshooting technical issues. This position also supports the development of instructional content, lesson plans, job aids, and computer-based training modules, while contributing to evaluation and assessment efforts to continuously improve training effectiveness.
